Free webinar for private landlords and letting agents – rapid eviction of tenants from private property

Following the success of our previous webinar back in June, where we proudly partnered with Property 118, we’re pleased to announce that The Sheriffs Office will be hosting another webinar for private landlords and letting agents on how to rapidly evict tenants from residential property via High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO).webinar

This webinar will be jointly run with LegalMentor and will provide plenty of details on how you can use High Court enforcement to rapidly evict tenants from residential property, as well as including a particular focus on the various eviction notices that need to be served.

LegalMentor is a tenant eviction company with an impressive near 100% record in getting possession for landlords at the first hearing. The Sheriffs Office are authorised HCEOs and are highly experienced in transferring up a possession order to the High Court and successfully conducting the eviction of tenants.

The webinar will take place on Thursday 8th October 2015 from 12:30 to 13:30 GMT and is free of charge. Signing up is simple CLICK HERE

All you will need to do on the day to take part is log on to the online webinar via the link (this will be emailed to you). We’ll be sending out a copy of the presentation slides and a link to the recording to all participants after the event.
