We do not share the telephone numbers of our Consultants’. This is to prevent them from being disturbed whilst they are working on cases or talking to other clients and their professional advisors on scheduled video conferences. However, if you email your Property118 Tax Consultant you can expect a response within three business days.

This is what happens next:

  • Your Property118 Tax Consultant will review all the information you have kindly submitted so far and will call you within three working days to discuss further requirements for you both to prepare for your video conference. If you need to reschedule your video conference you can do so at this point. Occasionally, appointments can be brought forward if we have had any cancellations. Likewise, we can give you more time to prepare for the video conference if you need it.
  • We strongly recommend that you read our eBook entitled “The ULTIMATE Guide To Landlord Tax Planning”. This eBook will provide you with extremely useful and detailed insights into the types of tax planning opportunities your Property118 Tax Consultant will be considering prior to your video conference. To download the eBook please click on the button below. It is likely to appear in the bottom left of your screen. Don’t worry if it doesn’t, your Property118 Tax Consultant will be happy to email it to you.
  • Shortly after your video conference your Property118 Tax Consultant will email you a link to the recording of your meeting and a detailed overview of the key points discussed and agreed, together with a detailed road map and plan for implementation.
