No not going to try mate just want her gone she’s already messed up a sale on the property by challenging the 21 so had to go sec8 but not chasing the arreas not worth the stress

My daughters landlord didn’t put her deposit in any of the government approved schemes despite having been given from the agents paperwork saying it was in MY DEPOSITS her tenancy lasted 8 years unfortunately when she was evicted the judge...
Hi a guarantor should be signed same time as the tenants .with a witness it is a legal requirement because if the tentant fall into arreas the guarantor cannot be relied on for unpaid rent hope this helps .
