No fault evictions have been prohibited in Wales for a few years already. It's not caused us any issues and tenants seem stable and happy.

I hope that with only 2 properties between us, we'll not reach the making tax threshold, it sounds a pain in the proverbial. An excel report, once a year on work laptop is sufficient.
