Labour won't survive the next election, and reform the likely victor at the moment say they will scrap net zero, renter's rights act and section 24. But only time will tell.

No point. Regulations and EPC measures can change, labour will probably go before 2030 and then it will get cancelled or pushed back again. Most of my property's are c or d. So I'll wait to see what the next...
