in 1978 the basic rate of tax was 34% vat was 10% now basic rate of tax is 20% and vat is 20% All governments do is play around with the figures to take more money from us.
I have victorian buildings ,most of the apartments have EPC D I wont be carrying out these costly upgrades and if Im forced to I will sell up putting 16 tenants partners and children homeless

So Labour say they want to improve energy efficiency to save tenants up to £250 per year So I as a landlord have to spend thousands of pounds to save the tenant £250 are they mad the tenants rents will...
