Section 32 is not worth the trouble we have evicted 3 tenants since 2020. One owe over £10.000. and about £5.000 in solicitors fees the other 2 I did the paperwork myself and cost about £500. Per tenant ,forget section...

We always check light bulbs and co2 and fire alarms when it comes to bathroom lights we get are electrician to do it cause they can be a pain to change
