Maybe anyone in ministerial positions concerned with housing should have to be a Landlord and also a tenant. This way they could have knowledge of both sides of the sector. 😉
Openreach need to get wayleaves signed by the Freeholders of blocks of flats in order to be allowed to install fibre. Some big Freeholders expect to be paid large amounts of money for the permission.

Landlord since 2003. Disposing of them as they become vacant. Had an awful HMO, so won't be doing that again. Learned many lessons. Now have lovely tenants and do our best to keep up - with the help of P118.

I think that was an amendment that wasn't upheld. Depending on the wording of your guarantor deed it should be for the whole tenancy period.
