Get Paid to Buy Property in 2025

Most people believe you need lots of money to get started in property investing. It’s true that most people do. But what if I told you there’s a way that you could actually get paid to buy cash-generating property?
At first, this might sound too good to be true. Yet this is exactly what some switched-on investors are doing right now.
Take Michelle, for example. She was able to control a 10-bed licensed HMO without putting down a 25% deposit or even taking out a mortgage. That single property generated enough income to replace her teacher’s salary.
And here’s where it gets even more exciting. When Michelle eventually purchased the property, she paid the owner the agreed price of £350,000. At that time, the true market value was £550,000. Because of this, she was able to get a mortgage for £410,000.
In other words, the mortgage was not only enough to cover the agreed purchase price and buying costs, but there was money left over. Her solicitor transferred that extra cash into her bank account. Michelle was literally paid to buy this property.
Now, imagine having a few properties like that before the end of 2025.
The secret lies in a little-known and often misunderstood tool called a Purchase Lease Option (PLO).
PLOs don’t work on every property deal, but when the circumstances are right, they allow you to take control of a property without needing a large deposit or a mortgage. You can benefit from the cash flow and potential equity growth while you control the property, and when you eventually buy it (if you choose to), you might not need any money at all. In some cases, like Michelle’s, you could even receive money on completion.
