House prices feeling the heat – Emergency Recession Webinar
by Simon Zutshi
Yesterday the UK saw record high temperatures, but it’s not just the weather settings records.
- House prices rose 14% in the year to June. The highest rate since 2004.
- House prices rose month-to-month 1.8% in June. The steepest monthly increase since 2007.
All amid a threat of recession, political turmoil, war, and a once-in-a-generation cost of living crisis. So what the heck is going on?!?!
Is it the last hurrah before we head into recession?
We’re entering a transitional phase in the market. What’s worked for the past 10 years is not guaranteed to work moving forwards.
I am running an Emergency Recession Webinar this Thursday at 8pm to pick apart this question.
Join him on Thursday 21st July at 8pm.
