I have a question for you and your readers regarding traditional estate agents vs fixed fee online estate agents if you think it’s worthy of publishing.
I’ve never tried these fixed fee agencies that keep springing up, I tend just to stick with traditional agents. Continue reading Traditional or Fixed Fee Online Estate Agents?
I have a property related question regarding Local Authority Homeless policy.
My local authority advises tenants to ignore section 21 notices and to stay in the property until a court order / bailiffs arrive. If the tenant does not do this my council deems the tenants to have made themselves voluntarily homeless and they will get no help with re-housing. However, I will approve useful comments which answer the question in detail.

Sophie’s email is below in italics. Continue reading Can I cancel my letting agents contract and keep my good tenant?
I received the email below from one of my readers yesterday morning requesting advice on buy to let property portfolio building. However, I thought my reader may appreciate a variety of opinions so I emailed him back and offered to publish his email as an article so that other people could also comment. He agreed but wanted to remain anonymous which is obviously fair enough. Continue reading Buy to let property portfolio building – Readers Advice Request
