Property118 founder Mark Alexander has agreed to participate in a live webinar interview hosted by Nina Hirons from YPN Magazine at 8pm on Thursday 13th September. They’ll also be joined by YPN Co-Founder Ant Lyon’s to take a quick look at his investments from a property tax perspective.

The webinar is a free to attend online event, however, guest listener places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. There is a link at the bottom of this article.

Mark, Ant and Nina will cover:

  • Why there is no “One size fits all” approach to property tax affairs.
  • The potentially costly impact for investors accepting received wisdom rather than establishing a personalised plan.
  • Why the numbers don’t always come first. How your life priorities determine which plans you need to implement.

The team won’t provide you with a personalised tax plan on the night, but they may very well give you an insight into some alternative strategies that you may want to consider.

Mark has been a property investor for 29 years and has simultaneously work in property related areas of finance, tax and law for 32 years. Also being interviewed will be Ant Lyons, a property developer for 12 years and the founder of YPN Magazine. Both Mark and Ant are inviting their readers to participate in the webinar, so we should have a good mix of listeners from newbies through to very established property business owners.

Nina is an experienced interviewer, so she will be sure to ask questions which will be of interest to a wide audience. For example, Nina will be asking Mark and Ant how property investment has changed their lives and what they have both been up to in recent years.

The discussion will also include tax structure related questions, so it isn’t just going to be about lifestyle. For example, Mark will be revealing the real reasons he moved to Malta to become non-resident for UK tax purposes and the pros and cons of doing that, and why he is now considering relocation to Portugal. As Ant is very much committed to staying in the UK his strategies are very different, so the webinar should contain some useful nuggets of information for everybody.

Webinar attendance is FREE but there is a 200 participant limit, so please book now to secure your place now by clicking on the link below.
