Not in the UK they aren't.
It takes months, if not years, to evict a tenant.
There is always a good reason for landlords going through this lengthy process.

and the irony its always a good landlord that serves a S21 and goes through the proper legal process. However much the process is floored (time delays cost etc) we still follow it.
Bad landlords turf out tenants as and when by a variety of other illegal methods ...hey Shelter - we have no issue with you going all guns a blazing on such LL's, in fact we support you.
Focus on what is shocking therefore and focus on ILLEGAL evictions!

not in scotland - eviction ban. Wales seems set to follow. So define the UK here then Nandy and show some stats to back this up?
Issuing a S21 is not a statistic that can be determined. Furthermore not every S21 is acted upon.
So where's the evidence????

It seems you misunderstand how politics work.
You can say anything you want without having any evidence to back up what you say and then the lefty activists scream and shout about it, glue themselves to roads (maybe soon landlords doors?) and generally cause mayhem making the situation both seem real and then acted on.
