NLA Specialist Landlord Taxation CourseMake Text Bigger
The NLA is pleased to announce the launch of its Specialist Landlord Tax Course following the success of the Capital Gains Tax Course and the changes in taxation to landlord rental income following S24 of the Finance Act 2016. From 6th April 2017 this legislation restricts the offsetting of interest loan relief and all incidental finance costs for some landlords depending on their income.
This one day course will provide an overview of the tax regime, give clearer guidance as to knowing, understanding and clarifying your future tax liability and consider your different options to reduce your ongoing and potential tax bills with a view to putting a longer term plan in place. This day’s session will give you confidence and support in running your property portfolios more tax efficiently and will give you an overview of the general principles of property tax implications, including when you may need to seek expert advice before taking appropriate actions.
