NLA Specialist Landlord Taxation CourseMake Text Bigger
The new Specialist Landlord Taxation Course follows the success of the Capital Gains Tax Course and the changes in taxation to landlord rental income following S24 of the Finance Act 2016.From 6th April 2017 this legislation restricts the offsetting of interest loan relief and all incidental finance costs for some landlords depending on their income.
