Landlord Advice RoadshowMake Text Bigger
As the UK’s first national landlord association, the RLA provides a place to get accurate, up-to-date advice about important legislative changes, and any letting challenges you might be facing. This evening event allows the chance for topical debate as well as an opportunity to raise specific issues you may be facing in your lettings business. The seminar also gives the occasion to network with other lettings professionals while sharing best practice and useful tips.
Housing law expert, landlord and letting agent Carrie Kus will deliver a short talk on property standards and a brief update on the PRS, highlighting some of the important issues landlords need to consider. The floor will then be opened up to questions, Carrie likes a challenge so bring along your most challenging queries, issues and frustrations!
One of our dedicated landlord advice team experts will be on hand running a clinic if you require one to one advice. Additionally our Senior Researcher will also join us to discuss current research the RLA is conducting, government campaigns and how you can support them if you wish. A Sheffield Council representative will be available to respond to any licensing or local authority related issues.
Attendees are offered the chance to become an RLA member on the night and/or sign up to any of our 25 training courses and receive 50% discount on all costs. You will also take home a copy of our PRS handbook filled with useful information all landlords and letting agents should know.
