Agents Guide to Lettings

This course is ideal for Letting Agents new to the sector along with those with vast experience. It serves as both an introduction to the Private Rented Sector and a refresher. For those of you who require an overview of the lettings process to understand your obligations from start to finish this course will give you an overview from finding a tenant to ending the tenancy. For agents who already have a good understanding of the lettings process this course will serve as a useful refresher and enable you to identify the many industry updates of late.

As Landlords have increasing regulations to follow the Letting Agent is required to be fully knowledgeable on all areas of the law. This course will help you avoid unnecessary legal action and minimise problems from arising.

The course content reflects the current Deregulation Act 2015 for properties in England only, currently there are no changes for properties in Wales; please see the RLA Wales website for updates.
