Better than a supercar?Make Text Bigger
Hello from Malta.
My wife and I are very settled in our new Mediterranean Island home, amazingly we meet more Property118 readers over here than we did when we lived in Norfolk.
I first came to Malta two years ago when one of my Consultancy clients (Perry) invited me over to do a presentation on “How and why UK property investment works”. Perry is quite a character, a Northerner who’s very much into UK property investment, supercars and boats. He also completed the Paris Dakar rally …… on a motorbike!!!
When you come over please let me know, my wife and I really enjoy meeting Property118 readers and we will introduce you to Perry if at all possible. I’ve organised a deal to make that opportunity very affordable too. This is explained below the video.
So to answer the question; How do you go one better than owning a supercar?
Owning a fraction of a luxury motor yacht of course!
Owning a luxury motor yacht isn’t just for billionaires! His business model has put it within the reach of anybody who has done reasonably well for themselves. In simple terms, you buy just a fraction, no more than you actually need. The basics are outlined in the embedded website.

Perry has applied the same principles to supercar and holiday home ownership too. Come over to Malta and one of his team will be delighted to explain how it works, absolutely without obligation of course!
A great deal for Property118 readers has been offered, limited availability of course and subject to you agreeing to spend a morning or an afternoon to attend a presentation on Perry’s business model. T&C’s including age restrictions apply.
If your family fancy a week at the #1 ranked five star hotel in Malta for just £195 (room only) please complete the form below. That’s £195 for the room for the whole week by the way, not per person, not per night! I think you will agree this is an absolute bargain?
The hotel (pictured above) is in a quiet part of the island on a idyllic beach with spectacular scenery. With Malta being such a small island though you can be in the busy areas, enjoy the culture of the Capital City of Valetta, the Grand Harbour Marine in Vittoriosa or the chic shopping and dining areas of Sliema and St. Julians, with just a short taxi ride! You could also take a day trip to the Island of Gozo or the Blue Lagoon on the Island of Comino.
If you would like to come over to Malta to check out what all the fuss is about for yourself please complete the contact form below and I will arrange for a holiday consultant to give you a call.
