As you may know, my wife and I emigrated to Malta earlier this year.
300 days a year of sunshine and a far more favourable tax system was the break we had been looking for. It even inspired us to write our book!
For such a tiny little Mediterranean island we have been amazed at how much there is to do here. Why not come and check it our for yourself?
The best hotel in Malta (our opinion and often Expedia’s) is the Golden Sands timeshare resort at Golden Bay. The hotel operator is Radisson Blu.
It’s not cheap to stay there but if you agree to spend a morning or an afternoon at one of their timeshare presentations it’s just £199 for a week on a room only basis. Property118 receives commission from the bookings we refer, hence this promotion. From October onward the flight prices drop considerably too and the low budget airlines fly most days from all the big UK airports to Malta. Flight time is less than three hours.
Several Property118 members have already taken up this offer and had a wonderful time. There is absolutely no obligation to buy timeshare but you may well be tempted because their offers are very different to most people’s preconceived ideas of what it’s all about. For example, you could be a part owner of a Sunseeker Yacht and either use it yourself or allow your timeshare to be used for charters in exchange for a share of the charter income pool.
Go on, treat yourself, you deserve it.
All the best

Malta is a very small island. Nowhere is more than a short taxi journey or bus ride away
