Selling with or without tenants in situ?

Selling with or without tenants in situ?

I have some properties with tenants that will need to be sold in next couple years. Selling with or without tenants in situ

My thinking is if I sell with tenants in situ I will be selling to a small subset of aggressive investors.

If I have empty properties, sure there is no rent coming in but I then can appeal to a wider range of the public.

Whilst I’m sure this has been discussed before it is a major headache to resolve.

Any experiences on this issue would be very gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.

Peter

waiting with baited breath for this to come on line. We have several very successfully rented apartments and houses that due to serious illness we want to sell, these are really good investments, for example the one bed apartments which are the most popular and amazingly easy to rent and command in excess of 500 pcm and have good trouble free tenants, al for an investment of only 70k or thereabouts, income from day one, almost no maintenance issues and low site costs, but we are finding it hard to find a medium to advertise through, all is geared to renting or buying with vacant possession, this I find hard to comprehend.

Mark,
would it be breaking any site rules to mention more detail of property for sale on this forum pending the opening of the new site? it seems to me something that would nelp both parties.

Hi Alan

We don't have a Private Messaging system for interested parties to contact you even if they do like what you have to offer, unless of course you want to pay £150 a month to become a business sponsor and have a contact form on your member profile.

It is very clear from the discussions over the last week or so that there will be a very high level of demand for this new advertising portal. We have kept it a secret that we've been working on it for nearly 4 years, please be patient for just a few more weeks 🙂

Sorry Alan but the posting on contact details of any type is not allowed, please see >>> http://www.property118.com/house-rules-business-sponsorship/

If we were to allow this our discussion threads would be abused for marketing purposes and it would remove the commercial incentive for our sponsors to support us. Without the support of our sponsors Property118 could not exist.

That will be entirely up to you, there are several interested parties, the more the better on the day of launch 🙂
