The Costs of The Money Centre Landlords Insurance:
As you would expect from The Money Centre, the pricing of our Landlord buildings insurance is very competitive without sacrificing the standard of cover:
- Professional Private Tenant rates from £1 per £1,000 of Buildings Sum Insured (excluding IPT).
- Student Tenant, DSS Tenant and Asylum Tenant rates from £1.50 per £1000 of Buildings Sum Insured (excluding IPT).
- Clients looking for Portfolio insurance may receive discounts on the above rates based on portfolio size and subject to higher excesses.
- The Landlord Buildings Insurance rates quoted above all exclude IPT (Insurance Premium Tax at 6%) and Legal expenses cover which can be added to the scheme.
Insurance rates will depend on individual Landlord’s circumstances, claims experience and property details etc. However the majority of our customers are able to obtain the above rates
