An excellent Company with excellent service. As a Landlord I am regularly informed of everything going on with my properties and everything from rent collection, dealing with arrears, repairs etc. are all performed with professionalism and efficiency. They even provide a completed SA Tax form relating to my properties each year (an added bonus that has saved me loads of time). The Landlords Newsletter is a great new addition.
I have been so impressed with Letters PM that I have now moved all of the properties in my portfolio to be managed by them and I have no hesitation in reccommending their services to others.

If your looking for a property manager then these people are the ones to choose in the North East. I have 6 properties in and around Newcastle and have now transferred them all to Letters due to the complete transparency of there business model, what you see is what you get, i am updated regularly via email and they do not rip me off with regards to maintenance unlike my previous 3 agencies. I can recommend them to any landlord.

We live a long way from our property and Pam and her friendly team very efficiently manage everything for us ... rent, repairs, certificates etc and payment is always prompt. When the tenant moved out recently and repairs needed to be done it was manged quickly and at the best possible price. Bill & Vi Long

Very impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Letters Property Management. They found me a tenant very quickly and their fees were low in comparison to other estate agents within the local area. It is the first time I have rented my property and Pam did a good job keeping me guided in the right direction. I have already recommended their service and will continue to do so.

After using many different Management companies especially in the North East area,i have now transferred all of my properties in that area to Letters because of their great & friendly service.
They are always available to help with any aspect.
I am always kept up to date and the statements i receive are informative and the website can be very helpful.
I can leave Letters to make sure everything is running as it should without any hesitation.
I have in the past and will continue to recommend Letters to anyone !!!!!
